When you add employees to your roster, both you and the employee will receive an email notification the month before their Texas Food Handler certification expires. The goal is to ensure all employees stay Texas Food Handler certified and never have a lapse between certifications. Sign up for a free employer account and start creating your roster today.
When you create a free employer account, you can also buy pre-paid codes in any quantity you want, whenever you want. When one of your employees needs to get Texas Food Handler certified, just give them a code and direct them to our website to sign up for the course. What forms of payment do you accept?

I was charged twice. How do I get a refund?
We’re happy to check it out. Please email us at support@certifiedonthefly.com and include the following information:
- Type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
- Last 4 digits of the card number
- Full name on the card
The website said my card declined, but my account was still charged
When your credit/debit card declines online or in-store, your account will usually still show a pending charge. This is standard procedure among banks that is completely out of our control. The pending charge(s) should not post to your account, but rather disappear or be reversed within a few business days.
Can I use another person’s credit card to pay for the online Texas Food Handlers course?
Sure, assuming you have their permission. Just make sure you enter the billing information correctly, otherwise the transaction will decline. Please give the cardholder a copy of the receipt and tell them the charge will appear on their statement as CERTIFIED ON THE FLY LLC.
